The same criteria as for Buy, but the company may have higher than usual
financial and/or operational risk in the analyst's view. |
| Accumulate |
Attractively valued and expected to appreciate moderately from the current price over the next 12-18 months. |
| Hold |
The potential return is generally in-line with expected market performance for
its peers or the broad market. |
| Sell |
The shares are overvalued and are expected to underperform peers and/or
markets considerably over the next 12-18 months. |

Pending additional review or data. Temporarily, no rating is assigned. |
