Equity Capital Markets

The Equity Capital Markets group at Clarus coordinates the firm's activities in the new issue equity market, assisting in the origination, structuring and syndication of equity transactions that are led by Clarus and liaising with the capital markets groups of other investment dealers for transactions in which we are a syndicate member.
